1. THE TROUBLE-CHEAT DATA PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Unlike standard utilities, Trouble-Cheat is engineered for extreme user privacy.
No Continuous Cloud Storage: The App does not continuously record, stream, save, or upload your ambient audio, voice commands, or GPS locations to our servers during everyday use.
Emergency Activation Only: Local device data is only encrypted, processed, and transmitted to our cloud infrastructure and live administration monitoring team at the exact moment a critical emergency is actively triggered by the user.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
To provide life-saving, automated, and live-human emergency responses, the App requires specific high-level system permissions. We only collect this data during an active crisis:
Real-Time Microphone Access & Audio Processing:
Purpose: The App utilizes local on-device AI to listen exclusively for your custom user-programmed emergency code words or acoustic distress triggers (such as gunshots or screaming).
Data Handling: Local audio streams are processed completely on your device and are never saved or uploaded. Only when a verified threat or code word triggers an active crisis will a secure, encrypted audio feed be transmitted to our cloud backend for threat analysis and live-human administrative intervention.
Continuous Background Location Data (GPS):
Purpose: To accurately dispatch assistance or send automated alerts to your selected family and friends, the App must access your precise location.
Data Handling: This requires "Always On" background location permission so the App can locate you even when your phone is locked or in your pocket. Your location coordinates are only transmitted during an active emergency event.
Account and Contact Information:
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and emergency contact list to populate your automated SMS safety alerts.
3. DATA RETENTION AND LEGAL EVIDENCE
All emergency audio transmissions and threat data are heavily encrypted during transit and while at rest on our secure servers. Trouble-Cheat retains emergency audio and tracking data for a standard period of 30 days following a triggered event. This data is kept strictly to allow you or law enforcement to access the recordings as potential legal evidence. After 30 days, this data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems.
4. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Your data is only shared with third parties under the following emergency criteria:
Automated Alerts: Your GPS location and emergency status are transmitted via automated communications platforms (such as SMS/voice routing) to the custom contacts you program.
Live Monitoring Team: Your profile, live audio feed, and precise coordinates are routed directly to our software development administration team and integrated live human monitors to coordinate emergency tracking.
5. MANDATORY ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
In complete compliance with Apple and Google storefront regulations, you retain total control over your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account, emergency profile, and all historical data at any time.
How to Delete: You can trigger immediate erasure inside the App’s settings menu, or by submitting a formal deletion request online at our website landing page at ://troublecheat.com (or your chosen URL).
Processing Time: Once requested, all personal data is deleted from our active databases within 7 business days.
6. ILLINOIS RESIDENT COMPLIANCE
As an Illinois-based LLC, we operate in full compliance with the Illinois Consumer Coverage Act and applicable privacy mandates. We do not biometric-map or permanently store voiceprints; your local voice setup code words remain strictly contained within your personal hardware device.

TERMS OF SERVICE & LIABILITY WAIVER

Please read these Terms of Service and Liability Waiver ("Terms") carefully before using the Trouble-Cheat mobile application and emergency alert system (the "Service") operated by Trouble-Cheat Security App & System, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, downloading the application, or utilizing any portion of the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") explicitly agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms. If you do not agree to every clause within these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from downloading or using the Service.
1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE & USER RESPONSIBILITY
Trouble-Cheat is a supplemental personal safety tool designed to assist users in transmitting automated alerts to designated emergency contacts, family, friends, and our administrative live-human monitoring system via local artificial intelligence sound analysis and user-programmed vocal triggers.
Not a Replacement for 911: The Service is NOT a replacement for local emergency authorities, police, fire, or medical services (such as 911). In any life-threatening situation, your primary action must always be to contact local emergency services directly if physically possible.
Operational Dependencies: You acknowledge that the Service relies entirely on factors completely outside the Company’s control. These include, but are not limited to: your mobile hardware functioning correctly, your phone maintaining a charged battery, your cellular provider having an active network connection, and your phone’s GPS/microphone permissions being set to "Always Allow."
2. STRICT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & "AS-IS" WARRANTY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the State of Illinois, the Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
No Guarantee of Safety: Trouble-Cheat Security App & System, LLC does not guarantee, warrant, or promise that the Service will prevent physical harm, injury, property damage, or loss of life. We do not guarantee that the App’s AI will successfully detect 100% of screaming, gunshots, or custom vocal triggers, nor do we guarantee that our live administrative human monitors will respond within a specific timeframe.
Total Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall Trouble-Cheat Security App & System, LLC, its members, officers, employees, developers, or 2% profit-share partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, severe physical injury, emotional distress, medical expenses, or wrongful death resulting from:
Any failure, glitch, delay, or dropping of an emergency transmission.
Any false alarm generated by the AI or user.
Any network or internet outage originating from your device or our cloud servers (AWS/Google Cloud).
3. USER INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE
You explicitly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trouble-Cheat Security App & System, LLC, its directors, employees, contractors, and software development administrators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) resulting from or arising out of:
Your use or misuse of the Service.
Any false emergency alerts triggered maliciously or negligently by you.
Any third-party claims brought by your designated emergency contacts resulting from automated SMS text messages or phone calls routed by the App.
4. SYSTEM SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWALS
Free Tier: Accesses automated AI local processing and peer-to-peer routing to family and friends.
Standard & Premium Tiers: Involve access to live-human administrative monitoring features. These tiers are processed via auto-renewing subscriptions handled entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Billing Disputes: Because all financial payments are handled at the storefront level, any refunds, billing disputes, or cancellation errors must be settled through Apple or Google, not the Company.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, your relationship with the Company, and any potential legal claims shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or lawsuit arising under these Terms must be filed strictly in the state or federal courts located within the state of Illinois.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Service instantly, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or repeatedly trigger abusive false alarms that disrupt our live administrative monitoring queue.
7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY CLICKING "I AGREE" OR DOWNLOADING THE TROUBLE-CHEAT APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE LIABILITY WAIVER, UNDERSTAND THE EXTREME RISKS INVOLVED IN PERSONAL SAFETY ENVIRONMENTS, AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY FOR APP OR NETWORK PERFORMANCE FAILURES.
